Formation Records is proud to present ‘When We Return,’ the new Greenlaw remix EP set to release on June 9th. This exciting EP features four stunning remixes by Dunk, DJSS & Streetz of Rage, Azpect, and a downtempo mix from DJSS, alongside the original mix by P-Tay. All tracks feature the mesmerizing vocals of Skyla J, adding a beautiful dimension to the EP.

To kick off the EP, Dunk has remixes the original into a bouncy, dancefloor-ready remix of Greenlaw’s original track. Dunk has infused the track with his signature sound, making it a perfect addition to any DJ set.

DJSS & Streetz of Rage remix is a high-energy, drum and bass remix that will get heads nodding and feet moving. The track has a distinctly urban feel to it, blending the perfect mix of bass, melody, and rhythm.

Azpect has taken Greenlaw’s original track and infused it with her signature style, creating a remix that is both uplifting and anthemic.

The fourth track is Greenlaw’s orginal, which is an ode to the return to normalcy after a year of lockdowns and isolation. This track is a perfect reminder of the joy and freedom that we are looking forward to returning to.

Finally, DJSS Downtempo mix rounds out the EP with a mellow, ambient remix. DJSS has taken Greenlaw’s track and slowed it down to create a relaxing, dream-like soundscape.

Overall, the ‘When We Return’ remix EP is a diverse and exciting release that showcases the talent of the artists involved. Fans of drum and bass, ambient, and electronica will find something to love in this EP. The EP will be available on all major streaming platforms on June 9th.

Ocea: We have a fun little hardcore and 160 mix coming out on the S.I.N Records Soundcloud. Singularity are releasing our set that was recorded live in Amsterdam and we are also in the process of curating a little event that you have to stay tuned for.

Fez: Black Herstory event with DJ Flight headlining and New Year's Eve at Clock Factory in Bristol with an insanely stacked line up.

2. Give us 3 producers who we should be on the lookout for:

Ocea: DJ B is coming out with all types of sick hardcore, and two producers over in the Netherlands- DJ Sofa & Stekker.

Fez: Bruk, Racket Recordings and DJ Drinkwater.

3. Who are the most important people in your lives and why?

Ocea: I’m blessed to have lots of important people around me, my family for encouraging me to pursue music at a young age, my partner who always gasses me up after a set and my talented friends who are always doing inspiring stuff. 

Fez: A lot of people it’s hard to whittle it down to just a few but they all keep me motivated, not just in music, but life in general!
