Ian Allen is a DJ/Producer born & raised in Miami, Florida USA. He is no stranger to the Electronic Music Scene. After releasing multiple genres of music under various monikers, Ian has been inspired to focus solely on House Music. Whether it’s Afro, Minimal, Disco, Latin, Deep or Tech House. Ian’s intention is to create a versatile artistic brand capable of expanding across all aspects of music that intrigue him. 

Growing up in the melting pot city of Miami, Ian has been surrounded by different cultures which reflect in his music as well. His most popular song to date, Bangalore Bounce, has been embraced by the country of India for its blend of traditional Indian music with modern Tech House style. Reaching over 2.4 million streams on Spotify, and 10 million total streams across all streaming & social media platforms. This song is an example of the bright future ahead for Ian Allen.

When it comes to DJing, this is where Ian truly shines. With over 10 years of experience playing for various crowds and venues, there isn’t a situation he can’t handle. Any DJ can play the hits. Alaia & Gallo are a pair of smart young Italian DJs who have quickly made their musical mark, have turned a number of heads and have laid down some essential sets in the best clubs round Europe. It was back in 2013 that they secured their first club hit with the thrilling house grooves and emotive vibes of ‘Beat of the Drum’. The track shot up through the Beatport charts and eventually hit number one in the house genre. It announced the pair had fully arrived and since then there has been no looking back. 

Every tune this pair has put out has picked up plenty of plays from big name DJs such as Claptone, as well as getting many plays on various radio stations around the world and also being included on Defected Records In The House Ibiza 2016 release. More recently this dynamic duo have turned out ‘Who Is He?’ which was signed to the celebrated Soul Heaven Records label. With lush soul as well as feel good house grooves, the cut became a real crossover success and has won the pair many new fans. Their production style takes cues from many different genres, not just house, and as such each new record they put out is fresh and exciting. With such a diverse take on DJing — which takes them all over Europe — and production, it is no wonder Alaia & Gallo really stand out in the modern scene. Expect much more from this hotly tipped pair in the coming months.

Dirty Disco Stars started this story in 2013 with debut EP "Love Tonight" on Disco Bomb. Featuring 2 disco house tracks this EP set course for releases to come.
Disco/Funk music of the early 80's is the main influence that can be heard in almost every track produced by Dirty Disco Stars. That Funk mode was "ON" when single FUSE was released on Soulshift music, and later on on "Dont Push it"  and "Get Up".
Then comes the "emby" era, that resulted in two of the bigest singles to date for DDS:"Shine" and "Coming Home(DDS Remix)".
Later that year,  Dirty Disco Stars reached #46 spot on Traxsource Top 100 Jackin House Artist.
The sound of Dirty Disco Stars is always evolving, from  sun kissed nu disco beach tunes, to the hot smoking jackin beats.
In 2015 Dirty Disco Stars signed for Nervous and released   top ranking soulful tune "Never Gonna Fall In Love" featuring Patricia Edwards on vocals.

DISCOUNT DISCO, it more than a DJ duo…it’s a life style. 


DISCOUNT DISCO is a musical collaboration ten years in the making between DC native turned NYC resident, DJ Jouez! (Elise Edwards) and DC dance-scene staple, Sneakers in the Dryer (Eric Henderson @Sneakersinthedryer).
Sneakers & Jouez met after attending what would historically be the last of the legendary seasonal MASSIVES at the Paradox in Baltimore in 2009.

Sneakers & Jouez  initially bonded over their love of Big Beat revolutionaries THE CHEMICAL BROTHERS, dancefloor culture, and psychedelic adventure. They also learned that they each had sisters 10 years their senior, whom instilled in them a love for electronic music as early as elementary school.  Jouez’s musical influences also include an eclectic mix of movie soundtracks, dance classes, NPR and early MTV.  Sneakers' influences include classic Mo-town from growing up hearing his parents' favorite oldies station, video game soundtracks, and an impulse to collect music which resulted in a library that has grown continuously since middle school. 

During a brief relocation to Denver in 2010, Jouez turned to the sky and asked, "what will bring to me happiness?" The answer she received was a sign with large lettering that said, 'DISCO.' She agreed.  Jouez unearthed the rest of the sign and found the full lettering read 'DISCOUNT.'  Armed with the name DISCOUNT DISCO, Jouez planned to share and build her vision with Sneakers upon returning to the East Coast later that year.  While back in DC, Jouez & Sneakers continued to trade and connect over music and shows, but their paths diverged in 2012, before DISCOUNT DISCO could actually take shape.

Then, in August of 2019, 7 years since their last dance floor rendezvous, Sneakers & Jouez reunited for The Chemical Brother’s performance in NYC for Jouez’s birthday, and again a month later to see Sneaker’s hero, James Murphy (LCD SOUNDSYSTEM, DFA) spin live B2B with The Black Madonna for his birthday. 

Upon reuniting, Sneakers & Jouez gained a new appreciation for one another’s complementary skill sets and approaches to both music and life. Sneakers' highly technical approach reflects his background in architecture and general enthusiasm for building sound, knowledge, and energy.  Jouez’s lifetime in performance and spiritual arts brings soul and storytelling to DISCOUNT DISCO’s sound, often jumping timelines, cultures, and vibe. 

Now in 2020, united under the name Spirit sent Jouez in 2010 and intent on integrating and sharing all they love & have learned on and off the dance floor, DISCOUNT DISCO invites you to gather ‘round the great Urban campfire known as the Disco Ball & let your RAGE/JOY swing.
