Berlin-based DJ schmudts has been an enthusiast of electronic music from the outset. His passion for energetic, groove-laden, and hard techno was ignited by his deep-rooted interest in diverse electronic music genres such as Drum & Bass, Industrial, and Acid. Over the years, schmudts has developed his own sound, one that connects elements from his musical influences.

schmudts draws the majority of his creative inspiration from the diverse electronic music scenes in Berlin, Amsterdam, and England. The sub culture, as well as its individuals, have shaped his musical and personal journey, allowing him to develop his own distinctive style.
