Year 1990 was the beginning, when several club and festival sessions with Jeff Mills, Neil Landstrumm, Christian Vogel, Torsten Kanzler, Heiko Laux made the party walls shake ! Ages later, he found darkpsy on Freqs of Nature, MO:DEM, Master of Puppets, Fusion, etc. F.i.e.t.e established his first darkpsy project in 2018, which focuses on progressive, psychedelic darkpsy. Sources of endless Inspiration are for him: Kliment, Breger, NOID, Radioactive.Cake, Brojanowski, Hefty, DJ Golanski, DeKai, Skallen, Dark Side, Pad Zadik, Noctusense, Tarti, pHaSenVerScHiEbunG and many more... He also deciddt to make a web radio in 2021, when the lockdown comes up and all clubs had closed. That was the point of no return. He reacts with a 24/7 webradio only for dark electronic underground music and DHRK-SONIK.NET was born. Together with team members Cheez, Metasploit, and DJ JOY, running exclusive DHRK-SONIK.NET

Very proud to share the first recorded set of 2024 (Esoteric & Album launch sets coming soon!)

I was very grateful to return to Blazing swan after a 5 year hiatus to the same amazing themecamp Abode who very kindly welcomed me back to play the bass night on Sunday on the incredible Traction rig! 

The original Blaze set from 2019 was the first one I uploaded where I felt comfortable of the trajectory of the Drop Frame project as a whole, it was awesome to come back to bring the evolution of the DF sound to this incredible festival. Starting with the first track.. Runestone.

A huge thankyou to the Abode crew for having me down - the friendships I've made over the years in this crew are cherished, cant wait to be back at blaze and to share those dancefloors with you all again real soon.

Drop Frame - Blazing Swan 2024 (Abode)

Decided to record a jam session of a small portion of psytrance tracks i have in my collection. I hope you enjoy the journey from some quirky fullon into some drivey forest.

This track was commissioned by the FFCH - 1st CHANGEMAKERs Festival , held in Berlin 23-34 may 2015 to be used as a sound installation.

It is a collage i produced creating a big "palette" of synth sounds, samples, loops, drummachines etc from various sources. Then i played it live using ableton thru various FX and after i edited it.
It was made in few sessions but it retained the spontaneous feeling, and it was much fun so i think i will do more experiments like this in the future.
