Monsieur Van Pratt, founder of Super Spicy Records, is a prominent producer and DJ originally from Mexico City, whose influence on
electronic music is widely recognized both nationally and internationally. With an impressive career that includes more than 100 releases in digital format and 30+ on vinyl, which consolidate him as a key figure in the genre.
His music has been released by prestigious record labels such as Toy Tonics (coming on 2025), The Disco Express, Tropical Disco Records and Buddha Bar, among others, underlining his status on the global scene. His ability to fuse genres, attention and styles has captured that of critics and the public, leading him to collaborate and remix a series of renowned international and national artists. Among his most notable collaborations are works with Derrick McKenzie, drummer of Jamiroquai; Drop Out Orchestra, Art Of Tones, amongst others. Each of these collaborations has allowed him to explore new musical dimensions, enriching his characteristic sound with diverse and fresh influences.
With a musical style deeply rooted in disco, funk and jazz, Monsieur Van Pratt combines classical elements with contemporary touches, creating a sound experience that is both nostalgic and innovative. Funkatomic aka Claudio Caccini Biography:

DJ Producer since 1994.
Over the years he collaborated with many major European dance labels as a DJ Producer ,keyboard player, composer, arranger and Engineer of sound.
In the past his experiences are numerous, including performing as a musician, Keyboard Player & Sound Engineer from the first years of his career.
On 1997 he started up and founded his first record house label named “W U records” getting important licences in the world included the Universal Music France and Emi Publishing Italy, actually ditributed by Believe Digital.
In the last 7 years he produced hit singles with the featuring of authoritative and international singers like Andrea Love, Michelle
Weeks, CeCe Rogers,Double Dee, Janet Gray, Dawn Tallman,Full Intention.
He released these productions with several prestigious international labels such as Sony Music Italy Universal Music, Airplay Records, EMI Music, BMG Ariola, Avex Group Japan, Ego music Italy, and many others.
He distinguished himself for his eclectic feature, consistently aimed to deliver elegant, catchy and refined house productions.

My introduction to House music happened back in 1994 through partying at clubs, afterhours, raves, and underground events.  In 1995, I decided to be a DJ.  I first started out spinning breakbeats back in the mid 90's, and in 2000, through changes in my musical tastes, began spinning House music.  With changes and additions in equipment over the years, from vinyl to mp3's, analog to digital, my love for House Music goes on.  My style can be said to be smooth mixing of one or several styles in any particular set.
