Illegal Ravers UK 'Bringing Back The Hard Trance & Hardstyle' (Part 13)

My summer mix is finally here! I put some compression over this and played about with output levels so it's loud but not peaking.
It's 2.5 near hours of hard trance classics and recent tracks, more known, less known, double drops, single slammers and YOU'RE IN LUCK, BECAUSE THERE'S A TRACK LIST!! ;)

I have always cherished this tape as it was such a funny moment. I turned up at Ryans mums house where he lived for our pre planned mid week mix before the big Moot at the weekend. When i arrived Ryan was playing finger puppets on his bed with some girl he had met in the Coven, rather than leave i decided to get my records out and record a set of my new tunes while they rolled about on the bed doing who knows what. Played on Technics 1210s this was before we started using Vestax! a little slow paced but some epic tunes of the time that we were banging out at our parties.
Recorded from a cassette its a bit ropey in places.....

DJ/Producer based in Cheltenham UK. DJing since 1998. Started on the production side of things at the beginning of 2018 as he's finally found some time to do it. His sound is uniquely recognisable capturing the essence of 90's Acid Trance sound but bringing it up to date using modern techniques. He DJ's anything from Trance, Hard Trance, Hard House to Acid Techno. 

He is also the founder and driving force behind Bangers & Mash a Hard Dance event (link below) in Cheltenham that run for 23 years from 2000-2022. Bangers & Mash now features once a year at Something Different Festival held at Out To Grass in Bromyard in May.

Influences are many and varied but to name a few they'd be Tinrib Records, Lab 4, Dynamic Intervention, Ben Fraser, Jon Doe, Pranksterz, Fevah Trance, Stay Up Forever Records, Eye Q Records, Reactivate series.....
