This track has its beginning at the Copenhagen Jazz Festival in 2010. The danish producerteam Lulu Rouge was commissioned to play a mix of electronic music with jazz classics of great Nina Simone.  This is one of their mixes played live that summer evening.
Lulu Rouge returned to the Copenhagen Jazz Festival in 2011 in tribute of Billie Holiday.

Between 2006 and 2008 i (Tonic) made a few edits on a label called 'Mindless Boogie' under a few different names (Tonic, Skinny Joey, Rubber Room). The label was vinyl only, so the tracks are pretty hard to find by now. It's a shame to let them go to waste, so here they are... Go and multiply!

Mirko Fox aka PROTONYK EFFE, born in 1989 in Genoa, ITALY. He has been passionate about music for a long time, and his career began like this: - DJ since 2009, collaborating with many local DJs (inland Levante). - Producer since 2010, he tried his hand at producing electronic deep house music. Passionate about the groove of deep house, and mesmerized by electronic synths, he decided to start producing some tracks in the deep house style, available on various streaming platforms. But there is also another nuance of Protonyk EFFE: Psytrance. Where there, synths, futuristic sounds, and dynamic bass are given free rein!
