Frankie's mix is an all-Gunns Road Music showcase, as you'll be able to hear from current and forthcoming tunes on the label, it's an eclectic label! This new label is one to watch! The mix is the perfect blend of atmospheric amens, drumfunk, rollers, and crunchy amens! Frankie smashes this one with Gunns Road pressure!

Let's get an intro to our dj for episode 476, Frankie Gunns, here comes our 3 questions segment:

1. As an artist, who had the most influence on you?
I'd have to say 4-hero. Without their music and sound I wouldn't be doing what I do today.

2. What can we look forwards to from Gunns Road?
Expect the unexpected. I personally don't know the limits yet of some of the extremely talented artists that I am working with on the label. Best thing is that there's no focus on trends or what anyone else is doing. It's just about putting out music I feel 100 percent about and hopefully seeing the artists get some proper attention. I'm constantly blown away by the music that I am hearing and it's extremely inspiring.

3. Bowling or Curling, if you had to watch one on TV, which, and why?
Pro bowling. Look up Kyle Troup.

Live set from 20/11/2023 for Energy 1058's Producer Showcase Event.. Each DJ had to select a producer of their choice and play an hours set of just that one artists tracks.. My choice on the night was Genotype / Just Jungle (Couple of tunes under the Mastermind alias also included in this set)..

A proper musician who's tunes hit everything that is authentic and uncompromising about DnB & Jungle for me and always have done since I first heard one of his tracks in 96 (Listen Tune).. Utmost respect for what his music stands for and hope that the set shows that.. Nice one again to all at Energy 1058 for having me on the show again also.. Peace
