This is the first Shambhala mix I have ever done after all the years I have played this amazing Festival. Every time I have performed I've come away with countless memories & great moments. This year was exceptional, with DJ Premier, Jazzy Jeff, Skratch Bastid, The Gaff, Chali 2na & Cut Chemist, A.Skillz, Slynk, Fort Knox 5, Q Dup on a Saturday night. I have created the mix exactly how it was performed as  it was not recorded live. Big thanks to Rich E Rich for having me once again, I truly had the most incredible weekend. As a warm-up to this year's Shambala Festival, here's a special DJ mix from the archives of legendary Birmingham institution, Jibbering Records.

Compiled & mixed by Mr Switch, who was given special access to the remaining back catalogue of the now-defunct Moseley record shop, and presents here the finest selection of funk, latin, reggae & world music (with a few surprises thrown in for good measure!)

Mixed using 100% original vinyl, every sound drawn solely from the Jibbering vaults, this podcast is a prelude to Mr Switch's live Jibbering Records showcase at Shambala - which you can catch live on Sunday at the World Music stage from 8-9 pm, or as a podcast which will be uploaded post-Shambala.

Mr Switch aka Anthony Culverwell won the title of DMC WORLD CHAMPION in 2014 – his 4th world title, following his 3 back-to-back wins in the 'Battle For World Supremacy'.

He is one of the most talented & successful DJs to come out of the UK, noted worldwide for his party rocking abilities & scratch skills

Under his previous guise of DJ Switch, Anthony performed as soloist in Gabriel Prokofiev's "Concerto For Turntables & Orchestra" in 2011, becoming the first DJ in history to perform on the BBC Proms.

His other credits include closing DJ sets at Glastonbury & Bestival; guest mixes for Radio 1, 1Xtra, Kiss FM & BBC Asian Network, and features on TV shows such as BBC Breakfast & Blue Peter.
