Amygurl, also known as Amy Shiver, is a Native Floridian who was born and raised in Orlando, Florida and has been part of the local  underground music scene there since late 90’s when she became old enough with so many talented friends that she always supported and idolized, she decided to take on the decks herself in 2014 to join in on the fun of mixing or djing at house parties, after parties, small shows and events, as well as weddings and birthday parties.  Her passion for music shows throughout her set each and every time she plays, no matter of its funky breaks, drum and bass, electro, house....Her soul has what it takes to make the vibe right and connect to each and every audience she plays for.  Amygurl brings love and positivity and support to her fellow djs and producers to every show she does and creates such a connecting vibe for all she comes in contact with through music. She has also been a part of the Houz of Breakz fam for some time now but is affiliated with Destroy The Speakers, and Next Level Productions, Seedless Recordings, and Breaks Yo, having done shows with so many of her idols and mentors through her years through music, she feels beyond blessed to know the talent that surrounds her.
