My next guest on Yax Invites is Rovin.

Rovin has been a techno DJ and producer based in Berlin for the last six years. After his passion for fast, repetitive kick drums was sparked in local clubs like “Rote Sonne” and “MMA,” he moved to Berlin a few years ago to nurture a distinguishable DJ style. He also just founded his own party, @inline-berlin, last September.

His sets aim to illustrate his perception of techno music, which, at its core, is always fast and hypnotic layered sounds with elements of 90s and 00s techno – a recipe for dance floor mayhem.

His mix for Yax Invites is an hour and a half construct of floating energy created through different layers of tracks and his wonderful big sky reverb.

On Friday 20th of November a Pi x Phormix night took place at Six D.O.G.S. This time our special guest was one of our favourite DJs and producers, Silent Servant (Juan Mendez),  widely-known for his contribution in Sandwell District and his latest imprint, Jealous God. The night was really intense, with Juan performing both a stunning live and delivering a great DJ set. For the sake of your soul we decided to give you the whole recording from his DJ set.
