I'm known for predominantly playing oldskool house music & even though i LOVE my oldskool there is so much good music out there what i also love!

So i started my B-side mix's to show off some of the music what i listen to a lot day to day. Not that the music is only worthy for the B-Side of a record (or Mix), but it’s the “B-Side” to what Im usually known to be playing while 🎧...

Sie Austin - B-Side Mix Ep. 1 (House/Disco)

Bootlegged by Mark Hadfield and Paul Taylor 5 years ago who tried to get it released but  Anthony Kiedis, Red Hot Chilli Pepper's lead singer and writer blatantly refused to allow it although 250,000 illegal copies were downloaded and would have certainly charted at a high level.

This Ibiza favourite was championed by Roger Sanchez and cited it as the best release of the summer.

Paul Taylor is still being bombarded with requests wherever he plays and says that the track is one of their finest productions.

The track will be most remembered by the maddest crowds at the huge Tall Trees Club complex in Teesside England.

This was the first LOVELAND single release and was awarded the UK’s number one dance tune of 1994. 

After nearly 30 years this quality dance classic still sounds fresh.

A professional DJ since the 70’s, Paul has become an international club legend with his RETRO HOUSE nights.

Since those early days in the UK, Paul has built up a reputation as the dj who is passionate about his music - knowing exactly what the people want and getting the dance floor buzzing. 

His philosophy to keep close to his audience has been an unequivocal success. Involved in the creation of the dance outfit Loveland in the early 90’s achieving four top thirty hits in the nationals and dance music record of the year in 1994 with the seminal "Let the music lift you up". Loveland also remixed and reproduced over 60 tracks for other artists from D Ream, Barbara Tucker, D Mob to Lulu.

Recently the newly formed Rox & Taylor received huge critical acclaim for the remix of Red Hot Chilli peppers ‘ Otherside’. 

Having released numerous Retro compilation albums, his residency in Pacha Ibiza sparked the release of the Pacha Classics album; a huge success on a worldwide scale and the biggest selling album in Ibiza. 

Much has been written about this enigma of a man who developed from a teen DJ on the decks in Burnley to an internationally recognised icon.
