Melvin Pelupessy, known as The Viper, has been a key figure in the hardcore music scene since the early nineties. With hits like “Come As One,” “Bulletproof,” and “Raging In The Dancehall,” he established himself on labels such as Babyboom Records, Viper Beatz, and Neophyte Records. His track “Wild & Free” is nearing 10 million streams. The Viper is also acclaimed for his remixes of tracks like Sunbeam’s “Twisted World” and Paul Elstak’s “Love U More.”

Through Viper Productions, he has worked on numerous international projects, showcasing his skills and creativity. His DJ performances have rocked stages worldwide, including Tomorrowland and major events in China, Australia, the USA, and the UK. In 2023, he launched “Ultimate Vibe,” a record label and platform for emerging hardcore talent, and released an album of the same name, featuring his signature euphoric and powerful sound.

The Viper continues to innovate and captivate with his versatile DJ sets, blending various harder styles and constantly pushing the boundaries of hardcore music.

One of the foremost innovators of Skratching, (and the creator of the word "Turntablist") DISK not only remains one of the most technically soulful impressive Skratch Musicians in the world today, he has also single-handedly expanded the musical sensibility of Skratching, allowing for a instrument that was traditionally relegated to the background of Hip Hop, to be re-considered as a powerful and modern tool of musical expression. If Jazz has its Miles Davis, then Hip Hop has its DISK.

Born in San Francisco in the 1970's DJ DISK first discovered the idea of Turntablism by manipulating an old wooden turntable consul in his parents living room. DISK continued his exploration with his "instrument" and by the age of 11 was competing in SF DJ Battles and was considered a rising star throughout the then rapidly rising underground San Francisco Hip Hop scene. 

But it was not until the early 90's when DISK, pared with other embryonic turntable greats like DJ Qbert, Mix Master Mike and Flare, formed one of the most important and influential Turntable "Groups" in the history of the genre: THE INVISIBL SKRATCH PIKLZ. Lead by DISK (and colored by his insistence for musical innovation) the PIKLZ wild and frenetic exploration of hardcore Hip Hop would eventually set the bar for all other aspiring Turntable musicians. This "band" of Turntablist's crafted their own unique D.I.Y sensibility and aesthetic (creating their own raw radio and TV show) and eventually became synonymous with all cutting edge Hip Hop performance and production. It's widely known in Skratch circles that the Disco Mix Club (DMC), an international DJ association, asked the PIKLZ's to stop entering in their DJ competitions, since they were discouraging other DJs from even bothering to enter. Disk would also create a master piece called ' DEMOLITION PUMKIN SQEEZE MUSIK  for Qbert to make it one of the greatest mix tape of all time "

After leaving the PIKLZ in 98 Disk hungered for new associations that would further stretch his musical abilities. Disk first started his successful solo career by releasing two classic albums of "Turntablist" expression, releasing albums under the EL STEW (1999) and PHONOSYCOGRAPH (1998) monikers. Disk then extensively toured with famed Producer Bill Laswell, playing alongside some of the worlds most respected Indian musicians (Zakir Hussain, Ulstad Sultan Khan) in Laswell's famed TABLA BEAT SCIENCE, exposing his Turntabist genere to cultures in India, Dubai, Lebannon, China Russia and many others. Disk also toured worldwide with famed Jazz great HERBIE HANCOCK, improvising wildly against the Jazz masters piano textures to create a new space yet unheard in contemporary Jazz. 

DISK has been involved in over 100 released recorded works and has continued to tour extensively with a wide range of musicians, representing a myriad of genres (Primus,  Serge - System Of A Down, Wayne Shorter, Nora Jones, Mike Patton..to name just a few) and has released over 30 live DVD's of his work, creating a fan base of devoted and dedicated followers. His rare Break Beat EP's are still considered some of the great templates for young DJ's to practice their craft on and are treasured by the underground Hip Hop community.

In 2006 " long over due said GRANDMIXER DXT "  DISK was knighted as the 3rd GRANDMASTER in HIP HOP history next to QBERT and ROC RAIDER " DISK has recently completed filming on "Sympathy For Delicious" a major motion picture with ACADEMY AWARD NOMINEE MARK RUFFALO  and is currently working on his latest recorded project (over 5 years in the making) entitled "PATU".

DJ's and producer's Corz n Effect & D.K.B formed a fresh new duo of up 'n' coming Hard Dance/Hardcore enthusiasts from the south west. Combining their years of experience and passion for the music and the scene together Noizy Boiz was born.

Promoter/DJ/Producer Corz n Effect began his life as a DJ at the tender age of 18 playing Balearic Trance, Hard House and then finding Euro Hard Trance/Hardstyle and Hardcore. Currently holding residencies at Pams House and Dark Matter. Corz n Effect now helps promote Dark Matter to bring you the best in Hard Trance and Hardstyle, this night has also worked in conjunction with other nights such as New Dimensions in Exeter and Pams House in Exeter. As well as Dark Matter he also helps promote an open deck night each week helping fresh talent break through and get heard. Corz 'n' Effect has also played for nights in clubs such as Lakota, Castros and The Depot in Bristol and for events such as Hindsight and Blazed as well as Bournmouths Necromancy at the Empire Club. Having had one of his tracks 'Retribution' (made alongside fellow producers Louk and Dave Jones forming Masters of Kaos) aired on Radio 1 by Kutski and signed by German Trance, Corz n Effect was ready to lay down more ideas and inspiration in the studio.

DJ/Producer D.K.B began his journey as a DJ at the young age of 11 where he began mixing Drum n Bass, Trance, House and Hard House before finding his resting place in Euro Hard Trance/Hardstyle, Hardcore and Gabba. With only recently starting to push himself and break through as a DJ, D.K.B has had a residency in London for Happy Nation and currently holds residencies for Blazed, Abductation, Dark Energy Pro and Twisted Destiny in Torquay. D.K.B began producing his own music early 2008 and has had 2 of his tracks released for MP3 download within the first year of starting out and now currently works with Corz n Effect to engineer the sounds and ideas of Noizy Boiz whilst also branching out to producing other genres under his other alias.

Working together in the studio for only a few months the duo were already producing enough noise to get themselves signed to Hardcores' No.1 label 'Lethal Theory' producing alongside the likes of Kurt, signed to the Italian based label Acid Records owned by Darkstyle founder FJ Project, seen themselves signed to Digitally Infected and capturing the intrest of Amber D gettting themselves signed to her label 'D Day Records.' Gaining support from proffesional artists and building up an assault of their own material Noizy Boiz are looking to be launching their own label in the near future.

Matt Envy & Frooty are an up-and-coming UK Hardcore DJ/Production duo from the Midlands, UK.

The two have been booked at a number of well respected events such as: Ravers Reunited, Natural Born Ravers, Deciples of Hardcore, Energized, Universal Hardcore, True 2 Beats, Bounce2This, Vibealite, Atomic, Bazooka, Intrusion, Nemesis, Missing in Manchester, Ravers Forever, Nozstock Festival and Spunky (where they hold a residency).

Matt Envy & Frooty met in 2003, and have been working together ever since. After producing a considerable catalogue of tracks, in March 2008 they launched their own record label called "Groove Control Digital" named after the record shop that Frooty was running at the time. The label achieved good success in a short space of time, with tracks from the label topping the IMO Download charts.

Around the same time, the two paired up as a back-to-back DJ duo. To stand out from the crowd, they began playing upfront sets featuring their own material almost exclusively, a format which they have maintained to this day.

In June 2008 Matt Envy & Frooty released their first artist album entitled "Take Control" which featured 16 tracks produced and mixed by themselves. This was highly supported by fans in their local area, and spurred them to push for a bigger release for their next album project. The release also caught the attention of established DJ, Bubble.

In June 2009, volume one of Matt Envy & Frooty's album series "This Is Our Core" was released on CD & Free Download. This was well received by the scene & gained them a good reputation, as well as many more fans. This album featured collaborations with vocalist Leah K, the legendary MC Scratch Master Techno and DJ Bubble. Following the release, Matt Envy & Frooty were signed to Bubble's label, JB Recordings.

Since signing to JB Recordings, the pair have seen a considerable increase popularity, receiving many new DJ bookings and a much larger, rapidly expanding fan-base. They have also been awarded the title of Best Hardcore DJs at Spunky's Golden Glowsticks awards.

With all this behind them, Matt Envy & Frooty are looking forward to a bright 2010, with the release of "This Is Our Core 2" scheduled for the summer. The album will feature collaborations with some of the UK Hardcore scene's best new talent, as well as some more established artists, such as: vocalists Carly Payne & Leah K, DJs Bubble,
Paul Manx and Hitman, and MCs Gazy J, Riko and Ricochet.

With a burning desire to succeed Matt Envy & Frooty are definitely the Hardcore duo to look out for in the future!
