Antonio Cano & Jose Luis Vazquez – aka 'Dub Elements' – first caused a stir in the world of Drum and Bass when they stormed on to scene in 2009. Since then, the Spanish duo has gained a reputable name for themselves with their distinctly unique sound and infectious basslines. Gaining support from some of the industry's biggest names including Noisia, Spor, Excision, Friction ... the producers have enjoyed huge success after appearing on prestigious labels such as Viper Recordings, Eatbrain, Shogun, Hospital Records and more.

AXELBEAT, nome d'arte di un talentuoso musicista nato a Vittoria (RG), Sicilia, nel 1997, è un artista versatile che abbraccia una vasta gamma di generi musicali. Sin dai suoi primi passi, dimostra una predilezione per il Rock e il Reggae, ma col passare del tempo si avvicina sempre di più a sfumature della musica come la DeB, la Tecno, il Pop, l'Electro e il Breakbeat.

La sua passione per la musica lo spinge a organizzare eventi e serate musicali in collaborazione con vari artisti e associazioni culturali locali. Durante l'estate del '98, entra in contatto con i Kamikaze Sound System K-42, un incontro che influenzerà profondamente il suo percorso musicale.

Assieme ad amici, fonda la SPECIAL TRIBE Sound System, dando vita a diverse feste in Sicilia. Successivamente, trasferendosi in Toscana, il loro Sound System partecipa a eventi di risonanza come la "Street Parade" di Firenze e Bologna.

La musica di AXB è plasmata principalmente da sintetizzatori e drum machine. Partendo dal campionatore Yamaha SU700, passando per le Korg Electribe (rossa e blu), fino alle Emu XL7 Synth, ha affinato il suo suono nel corso degli anni. Nel 2004, trasferitosi a Bologna, si esibisce in centri sociali come Livello 57 e in vari club. Nel corso degli anni, ha sperimentato con diverse strumentazioni, includendo tastiere midi Oxygen 8v2, controller midi, Korg Electribe MX1 valvolare, PC e Kaos Pad 3, creando melodie ricche di bassline avvolgenti e beat coinvolgenti.

I generi musicali che ha prodotto in autonomia spaziano dall'originale tecno/industrial e drum and bass, fino all'elettro e al breakbeat. I suoi bassi profondi, le melodie coinvolgenti e i remix sono il risultato di un mix esplosivo di influenze culturali e musicali che ha accumulato nel corso degli anni.

Man mano che la sua carriera progredisce, AXB continua ad arricchire il suo arsenale sonoro, integrando software come Ableton Live, supportato da tastiere midi controller, insieme a VST come Massive, Albino e Virus.

Nel 2010, la sua musica conquista diverse città del nord Italia, con performance a Brescia, Venezia e Trento. La sua creatività continua a evolversi e ad affinare il suo suono, grazie all'uso di nuovi strumenti come l'AKAI APC 40. Nel giugno del 2011, raggiunge un importante traguardo con l'uscita della sua traccia "Sex Move" su vinile, pubblicata dalla Blame Society Records.

L'esperienza di AXB è arricchita dal piacere di condividere il palco con artisti underground italiani e internazionali, testimoniando il suo contributo al mondo della musica elettronica.

[Biography]
One of the most important moments in my musical life was in 2000 when I got my first PC and my first music editing software the Hammer. I started to make music with it without any musical knowledge or experience. The next step was the FT2 (Fastracker 2) at the end of 2000. It was a music maker for DOS and I could make many albums with it. They were Techno, House, Progressive Trance and Chill Out albums. I tried to use many softwares for example MadTracker, Pro DJ, Rebirth and changed my name to MGC.

In 2004 I got a professional software Propellerhead Reason. It opened up a wide range of possibilities for me. Among other things I made musical bases to one of my projects with my guitarist friend (MGC feat Refracting). At this time made music in many styles but mostly Trance, Techno and Downtempo.

In 2010 I changes my style and also changed my name to Dog Tag. I started to make Tech-House, Deep House, Techno and Minimal style music. Besides the Dog Tag project, I still make softer, melodic music under the name MGC.guitarist friend, called "MGC feat. Refracting". The main direction stayed, the electronic music in all cases. I also made Trance, Techno and Downtempo musics.

In 2010 I've changed my style, and I picked up the name: Dog Tag. Tech-House, Deep House, Techno and Minimal became the direction to follow. Next to the Dog Tag project, of course stayed my softer and most melodic musical World, which I still on the name MGC (and more recently as Robits.N).

Stefano Ricci (Aka Dj Stex ) is one of the Break, Nujazz's ,Chill italian makers, a forefront when all began with Teo Ederle and his crew during 1988, known as the young NRG Posse. He's the figure behind Dasya. (He's him behind Dasya)... He arguably produced more chill music tracks than other breaker's DNB and launched into a worldwide many musical genres. Stex carved himself a great career, laying his roots firmly within the realm of Nujazz scene.
Composer, sound engineering, manager producer. Started working in 1989 organizing tours and productions, collaborating with agencies and different radios. He worked with many italian and foreigner musicians. The passion for funky, jazz music, live instruments and intensive vocals resulted in his album "Vintage club" for whom is making music from the latest 10 years....
Stex playful keyboard, congas, piano, synth, drum work jazzy comfortably over the beats and grooves.
He's currently in Italy where improves his work in Breakbeat / Dâ€™nâ€™B and Jungle mixed with Jazz 30â€™s 40â€™s / NuJazz / Lounge / Funk /Ambient / Soundtracks / World etc etc. He also does electro but looks to move more permanently into the Breakbeat / DnB &Jungle and dj chillout direction. IN 2001 Stex opened the independent label and distributions Young NRG Productions.

NRG Dance Record is founded in 2010 by Wim Broersma.
