Circa 1990. Unreleased in 80s/90s by Warp (or by 'Poverty Records', possibly cos it cheekily borrows and loops a certain groove). I found this at a car boot/charity shop on a compilation called 'Rize' which was a project from the 'EVENTS' crew, which was a local listings magazine in Leeds in the 90s based at the old 'Aire Street' units in town.
