DJ Icey developed his passion for the beat by his steady diet of Miami Bass, 90s Hip Hop, Freestyle and Acid House back in the day. On the strength of his late 90s singles and album output, championed by DJs the world over. Icey burst onto the global scene with his award-winning Essential Mix compilation released on FFRR in 2000. This Breakbeat legend's dedication to DJ'ing and Producing has earned him high acclaim from music fans to industry professionals.
Icey’s trademark sound of bass and beats has sound tracked dance floors worldwide. His indie label Zone Records is a top player in the worldwide Booty Bass / Breaks scene. Icey’s passion for the music is undeniable and on display in his constant touring from major festivals to intimate club spaces, where his goal is to deliver an butt shaking good time to the people on the dance floor.

2002, the journey starts. A journey that led so far to collaborating with Tiësto, NERVO, Tujamo, TNT, Plastik Funk, being supported by the likes of Martin Garrix, The Chainsmokers, Hardwell, Diplo, Alok (just to name a few), as well as remixing Bob Sinclar, Martin Solveig, Jonas Blue, Burak Yeter, VIZE (once again, to name a few). Add thousands of dancefloors rocked all over Europe, Asia, the States (…and sure, his very own Italy, as he’s one of the most in-demand DJs there).

This resume speaks volumes itself, but it’s not (only) about names, numbers, hits: even though there’s actually plenty of them, like for instance the blazing covers of “Children”, “Show Me Love” (Robin S graced this re-work with her voice), “Sandstorm”, “Get Get Down”, or the track “The Drop” alongside Tiësto, DJs from Mars and Da Brozz.

It’s not only about that, though. It’s mostly about being so enthusiastic and dedicated since day one. It’s mostly about seeing music and deejaying as a means for feeling good, for discovering things, surprises and emotions. It’s mostly about being so obsessive about details, and so focused on empathy with dancefloors and dancing minds at the same time. Hailing from Atlanta, Georgia, and deeply rooted in the gritty heartbeat of Southern nightlife, Cameron Clark of Sunset Sessions Hollywood CA is a vinyl-purist DJ with over three decades of experience behind the decks. Known for his unparalleled collection of rare records and signature blends of UK progressive house, deep trance, and Florida-style funky breakbeats, he’s a living historian of underground dance music.
