I see glimpses of my dad’s voice in Khan sahebs song and this was a fav of him too. This award winning masterpiece is from Saiqa movie of Pakistan – 1968. The giant performance was shared by Masroor Anwar by writing these awesome lyrics and music by great Nisar Bazmi saheb. Later it was sung by various artists whose version also got fame like Shafqat Amanat Ali, Talat Aziz and Asif Mehdi etc. You may search their versions in youtube as well. I would recommend a headphone for this listen.
