Hello, I'm 2faith.
Since the songs I used to listen to often during exercise are gathered, I thought it would be a fun mixset.

Based on the total running time of the hour, the advice of the surrounding athletes and trainers, We performed the propensity and time arrangement of the songs in the order of 
Stretching-Warm up-Low Strength-High Strength-Finish-Stretching sequence
(You may have a personal difference!)

I used sports theme songs and easy and fun familiar music sources to match up to the up to date.
 
Personally, I used it in part because I think the Instrumental is more focused than the original song.

[과천]이란 작은 도시의 소소하고 Chill out 한 분위기를 표현한 작품으로, 동네 한 바퀴, 낮에서 저녁, 봄에서 겨울로 변화하는 [과천]을 표현했습니다. 랩에 2인조 그룹 'High-Minded'의 멤버인 ANPI가 피처링을 해주었습니다. 과천 문화제에 출품할 목적으로 만든 작품입니다.

2FAITH는 GARION, JAZZHOP, 남사당패, MAGI에서 DJ 및 프로듀서로 활동했으며, 현재 올림픽 국가대표 선수들로 이뤄진 골든브라더스 커뮤니티에서 음악감독 및 DJ로 활동 중이다.
