Ryan K is a music producer and sound designer from the North East of England, producing throughout the spectrum of the trance genre.  Ryan is mostly known for his harder sound of trance but also has a signature uplifting sound as well which has gained support from DJ’s such as Paul Van Dyk, Aly & Fila, Sean Tyas, and Ferry Corsten just to name a few.

Ryan is known for his cutting edge trance and hard dance sound design, producing patch banks for the likes of Freshly Squeezed samples and magsignaturesound. 

Ryan has tracks signed to top trance labels such as Black Hole, Outburst, Always Alive and Abora.
 
Although Ryan strives to produce his own unique signature sound of trance, his inspiration comes from producers such as Sean Tyas, Will Atkinson, James Dymond amongst others.

Theres little that can’t be said about UK’s globe-trotting DJ Chris Metcalfe, since bursting on the scene he quickly became one of the most exciting and talked about names. From being resident at the UK’s biggest Club ‘Club M Tall Trees’ from a young age he quickly began to learn his trade supporting the worlds biggest DJ’s at the massive 7000 capacity super Club on a weekly basis. In 2010 came the big break when his debut track made him a global name, it got personally signed by none other than the world’s no.1 DJ Armin van Buuren to his Armada record label, It got played by every major DJ you can think of, then made it to #1 on the download sites as well as featuring on many albums worldwide, Chris was later tipped on BBC Radio 1 to be the next big thing on Trance legend ‘Judge Jules’ show, this was the start of what was only going to be an exciting career.

Since his debut release Chris’s sound has gone on to steal the hearts of many fans across the world with over 30 releases under his belt, many impressively charting in the top ten on Beatport as well as featuring on countless mix compilation albums such as ‘Ministry Of Sound’ ‘Aly & Fila FSOE’ ‘Gareth Emery Electric For Life’ ’John O’Callaghans Subculture’ and many more on Armada Music & Black Hole.

Chris has managed to put his name up there with the best and most in demand artists in the scene, playing headline slots across the world as well as supporting the likes of Armin Van Buuren, Tiesto, Paul Van Dyk to name a few, he’s a DJ who prides himself on tune selection, he’s been described as extremely versatile, his performances have raised the bar and has seen him get booked at some of the most respected Club brands and Festivals in the world to thousands of fans in places like Australia, Ibiza, Dubai, Argentina, UK, Ireland, South Africa, India, Germany, Switzerland, Holland and throughout Asia as well as the massive Summerburst Festival in both Stockholm and Gothenburg to over 15000 people.

Chris’s music can often be heard on leading dance shows likes BBC Radio 1 as well as regularly featuring on Armin Van Buuren’s ‘A State Of Trance’ One of the most popular weekly dance shows in the world, his tracks have clocked up millions of plays across Youtube, Spotify and Soundcloud alone and has released music on labels such as Armada, Garuda, Black Hole, Subculture, Kearnage and FSOE and also features in every major DJ’s record box’s and radioshow’s on a weekly basis.

With a DJ career spanning over 20 years and having released tracks for nearly 10, Kriess continues to build a career that displays his life long love for electronic music. 

As a DJ he has travelled the globe, playing in cities such as Los Angeles, Sydney & Melbourne and recently playing at every edition of the Euphoria Weekender festival in Malta since 2022. Back in the UK he has spun at institutions such as Ministry of Sound, Turnmills, Camden Palace (Know known as Koko), SE1 and more. He has also promoted his own events; Perfected which ran both at the legendary venue ‘The Cross’ in London and on the south coast in Portsmouth, as well as running the Submerged boat parties on the Thames in London.

Since 2015 his tracks have been released on labels such as Outburst, Nocturnal Knights, Tidy Trax, Damaged, High Voltage, Mental Asylum, Pure Trance, Monster Tunes & more. His music has received multiple plays on Armin van Buuren’s A State Of Trance radio show and he’s reached the top 5 in the Beatport trance chart. Scene leading names such as Paul van Dyk, Ben Nicky, Ferry Corsten, Aly & Fila, Simon Patterson and many more have supported his work. 

His show ‘Synthsonic Sessions’ has been running since 2012 and has been his showcase for his style and taste as it has evolved alongside the scene. The regular format has been an hour of power, ebbing and flowing between various subgenres of trance and often other genres too. 

Kriess is often known for a techier edge to his sound, often also influenced by the early hedonistic rave days of the early 90’s. Alongside his cutting edge tastes, he is a student of the game in regards to the trance scene and as such is always willing to display his knowledge of the classics when requested.

Biography
DJ 54LTY, (Salty) born in Croydon 1979, has grown up with music being a major influence in his life. Growing up in the 80’s, music such as Queen and Dire Straits were subjected upon him from an early age, however through his teenage years he found Nirvana and it wasn’t until whilst at the University, did he find Dance Music. 

Whilst working as glass collector to pay for Uni, Salty was privileged enough to experience the sounds of Paul Oakenfold, Pete Tong, Seb Fontaine and this set about a changing in tastes and laid the foundations for the future. 
After starting with what was to become one of the South West’s most revered clubs in the South West – The Candystore. Salty picked up a set of decks and some life, long friends with very similar tastes in Trance and Hardhouse. Although primarily a bedroom DJ having fun, in the early 2000’s he dabbled hosting an Open Decks night, and found himself on the line up for a number of gigs including Candystore events.

In 2004, relocation and a ‘normal’ career left the vinyl in storage for what was to become an 8 year departure from the scene. 

One crazy August bank holiday in 2011 led to the formation of Phoenix Promotions MK. CDJ's and several events followed along with a new found love of 'new' music and styles. Having quickly adapted to Electo and the new breed of Trance, Salty started 2012 with a new venture in FirebirdMK and a weekly residency on MKFM – Milton Keynes own radio station. 

Several events later, including one Swedish House Mafia Pre-Party, and a residency at Down & Dirty, Gigs at Passion and Ministry of Sound,  Salty find himself being invited to play at events around the country, and dabbling with production.
