Hailing from the east coast, Flat T is garnering a reputation for being able to effortlessly switch from one style to another. With his works being snapped up by Fatman D on his heavyweight Biological label, this tune machine brings us "The Devil". Greeted with firm drums from the off, the relentless pace is already set. Coupled with an edgy, trepidatious soundscape, the tension mounts until the burning, vascular right hand of doom reaches from the depths, grabs you by the ears and drags you into an unforgiving pit of bassline sin. Crushing bass and persistent beats churn unforgivingly, ploughing through the dance on a neck snapping joyride.

An artist gaining weight in the Neuro scene with releases on Eatbrain and Bad Taste, Safra brings the Visceral "Molecular Cell Memory" Beginning with synthetic arpeggio style stabs against a sinister backdrop, we are soon switched to militant, rolling drums accented with guttural snarls. Gradually transforming through a full throttle build up, gaining an intensity with every bar until it drops in a turbulent, gut wrenching array of slicing synths and crunched bass edits spiked with jilted, schizophrenic effects. This Neuro monster would make Jekyll & Hyde screwface!

Hospital Records’ São Paulo discovery Urbandawn is a serious contender. After releasing two popular EPs with the label and spending several months determined in the studio his debut album ‘Gothenburg Cluster’ is ready.

Seventeen tracks of sophisticated sound design unite punching drum beats, funk ridden riffs and huge cinematic explorations. The experienced audio engineer not only draws from his Brazilian roots but also the more niche rock, metal and folk bands of the Swedish mid 90’s scene. It’s this distinctive spin on drum & bass that’s grown support from the scene's heavyweights over the last two years.

It was ‘Trindade’ - discovered deep in Hospital’s demo box - that first brought Urbandawn to London Elektricity’s attention.
