Brian Mejia is a music producer, born in New Jersey. He is accustomed to exploring different ideas with his music, while his sound could be described as quintessential electronic music with a techno flavor. There is something awe-inspiring about the huge range of possibilities and creative influences on tap, making for a one-of-a-kind flow.
 
Brian recently shifted his focus to producing techno music with a more distinctive feel, which perfectly exemplifies this attitude, by providing the audience with a genuine, impactful experience. What really stands out about his production value is the impact of the sound design, which is absolutely comparable to some of the top producer in the techno community. Brian has been passionate about music ever since he was just a kid. Having a Colombian background, he was introduced to rhythm pretty early on, with a wide array of percussive sounds and drums, that are still an important part of his sound. Being so close to NYC, he had the opportunity to perform at some of the best venues in the city, as well as hitting some of the most exciting parties in the underground music scene throughout the Tri-State area. His mixing style is actually inspired by the unpredictable nature of live events, when producers like Brian need to be able to think on their feet and really respond to an audience. The same kind of electrifying flow fuels his studio work, which has a distinctive and organic taste. Throughout the years, Brian had the opportunity to join renowned artists on stage, including Matt Sassari, as well as Yaya, Chris Liebing, Chus & Ceballos, and many more.
 
Brian’s work has featured on Bully Beatz, Archon Records, Dark Vibe Productions, Manyoma Records, and Intersection Records, among other labels.
 
The sound of Brian’s tracks is a perfect taste of innovation, and it is just what is needed to bring this genre to a whole new dimension of creativity, far from the usual clichés. Brian is definitely going to be an artist to watch, if you want more innovation and personality out of electronic music!
