UNISON is the debut album from PARAADISO, a duo composed of musician TSVI and audio-visual artist Seven Orbits.

Inspired by Italian folk music, noise, ancient choral acoustic compositions, rituals and their functions, the album focuses on conveying a sense similar to those felt in ancient gatherings and ceremonies where the collective physical experience meant heightened stimulation at both the individual level and collective level.

Contrary to individual experience, collective experience is necessarily rooted in (shared) patterns of action and behavior; it has been studied that the sense of a joint consciousness emerges from such patterns of action and a sense of ''relatedness' is developed between members of the group; relatedness is a form of shared identity, which in turn can transform intragroup social relations and future re-Action. Experiences of synchrony and collective emotion induce in individuals a shift between two parallel cognitive “modes”, from the individual to the communal, generating feelings of openness, inclusion, and prosociality and sometimes even dissolution of the self-other distinction.

All human life and all human interaction are profoundly social: our everyday lives do not take place in isolation but constantly require our engagement with other people. The artists unknowingly sought these qualities emerging during the creation of the work as isolation and disconnection raised dramatically over the past two years and have created a piece in response to that which aims to be performed and experienced in a live context as an audio - visual experience.

sucked deep in social-media swamps, 
the heartbeat goes up, as the voice is downsized. 
a bit-crushed howl coalesces with the virtual vastness
becoming another position to be blurred in ambiguity in the panopticon. the clinched body 
stripped fleshless in the digital currents; 
in an ocean of clicks and pings
i/o waves merge together to a massive splash 
the voice dissolving like spilled grains hissing in the infinite hum -
the breath becoming

Milena Georgieva aka Yuzu develops soundscapes that speculate a kind of archaic digital psychology. She joined forces with visual artists Louise Linsenbolz and Thomas Wagensommerer, alias TE-R for this music video.
In their post-digital interpretation of the ‘Oceanic Feeling’ at the interface of our seemingly boundless physicality as liquefied subjects in cyberspace, Yuzu explores dissonances and resonances within the heterogeneous matters of the ‘real’ and ‘virtual’. Synthesizing influences from digital cultures (from William Gibson’s “Neuromancer” to the Yahoo! yodel jingle) and traditional instrumentation (clarinet and Kaba gaida), she establishes cross connections between everyday experiences, folklore and the transcended mind in a digital ether.

Recently, not only has he been featured on electronic music labels "Over my body" and the collection from Taipei's iconic nightclub "Final", but he also continues to offer unprecedented listening experiences as a DJ. When sharing the dance floor with him, you'll be amazed by his precise transitions between various genres and his boundary-pushing DJ skills. He always manages to craft a party night that requires some reflection and introspection, leading you on a unique journey.
