A rare Sunday upload from me: the final part of the aquatic jungle series. Been sat on this one far too long, it was put together back in early 2023, but the weather's too good not to share it. Ambient/atmospheric jungle is the perfect summer soundtrack for me, and these watery bastards are about as close to a Bukem-style mix as I've got so far.  There's a nice variety of styles on this one ... hope you enjoy it.

The North Quarter with Primitive Instinct - 27 August 2025

This mix harks back to the golden era of atmospheric jungle, with long, hypnotic tunes that take you on faraway journeys. 15 tracks span 78 minutes, with classics from Future Bound, DJ Crystl, PHD, TMF, and Doc Scott as Octave One.

The mix's spiritual center is three tracks from the EQ50 Presents 4GAZA compilation. The image is a still from District 9, a movie with obvious parallels to the genocide in Gaza. The FPS bit refers to a surveillance camera in the film with a warning about framerate falling below 30.
