We feel this type of pause with every breath, the moment our inhale turns and becomes an exhale.When we are rooted in our pausing with balance and stillness, we become a space of equilibrium that, like a tuning fork, can support others to pause and find their balance.Let's balance our inner night and day.Let's use our darkness to become the most magical light.

The recording is a live recording after a cacao-ritual on the first day at Retreat:Magika at Haarberghof/Austria. Thank you to all who made this gathering possible in difficult times and deep gratitude with all my heart for the wonderful music I was allowed to use here.
