In 1993 Pauly was the first person from St Maarten and the Caribbean to enter and qualify for the World Championship D.M.C. Competition in Miami. He did not make it to the finals but was given the opportunity to take part in a scratching seminar, which he won. He entered his first local DJ competition in 1996 and became the Star Pick Talent Showdown DJ Champion. Pauly remained the undefeated champion for many other local DJ competitions from 1995-1999 such as, Star Pick Talent Showdown DJ Competition, Soualiga DJ Competition, Best of the best talent show, Sound Quake DJ Competition and Youth Extravaganza DJ Competition and was eventually banned from entering competitions from 2000-2003. He was banned from entering DJ competitions because other DJs were unwilling to participate if he was contending; so he served as a guest DJ during that period instead.

In 2004, he was allowed to enter the St. Maarten Heineken Green Synergy Competition and placed second overall. In 2005, he was crowned the Heineken Green Synergy champion for St. Maarten. He then went on the regional finals in St. Lucia where he was also victorious. In 2006, he participated in the Green Synergy regional finals where he defended the Caribbean title in the Bahamas and placed third due to equipment malfunction; this did not bother him though, as he still defeated eighteen other islands at the competition. In 2007, he was crowned the St. Maarten Green Synergy Champ once more and placed second in the regional finals in Jamaica, even though he was the crowd favorite.He last participated in the St. Maarten Heineken Green Synergy competition in 2010 where he was crowned champion for the third time. Mix Master Pauly is currently the reigning Heineken Green Synergy champion for St. Maarten and the Caribbean Region. 

In 2012, Mix Master Pauly was honored at the DJ Honors Award ceremony that was held in Trinidad and Tobago.

Pauly had the opportunity to travel to neighboring islands from an early age. His skills were honed through hard work, dedication and much practice. Over the years, he's played throughout the Caribbean, the United States and Europe. 

He was the opening act for many celebrities like T-Pain, Doug E Fresh, Beenie Man, Beres Hammond, Machel Montano, Sean Paul, Busta Rhymes, Omarion and Rick Ross to name a few. 
He is the requested DJ for many world class events such as the Bermuvinjam party in Bermuda & the thirst concert in Puerto Rico. He has played at many well known locations in the past.

DJ OC born and grown in Trincity, Trinidad .

DJ OC has always been a collector and had a love of music at a very tender age . 

Attending parties made him start thinking about how to approach the music industry as a DJ. In 2010 while studying in south Trinidad he got a chance to become more acquainted with the music world. Always linked as an MC but his love of mixing music had not changed. So after some personal struggles in 2012 DJ OC went out on his own. Released a couple of mixtapes during the Carnival season and "Summer" 

DJ OC biggest influence is his brother.
He represents freedom in music, where he can express himself to his audience and create a vibe like no other through them.
