Dj Rahim also known as DjBoss back home in Tanzania is best described as a Club DJ who brings the elements of turntablism and club mixing where ever he spins at. He is known for his awesome style when it comes to entertaining a crowd. His ability to respond to requests and read the people on the dance floor is just another quality he is well known for.

Born and raised in Tanzania with an Indian background, he started out as a drummer, drumming more or less to entertain his friends and only had one official gig at a Community celebration. At the age of 16, he found a whole new way to go about his interest in music and that was becoming a DJ. He started out to gain respect as a DJ, spinning at private parties and high school graduations. He quickly penetrated the market and became the most popular DJ for private occasions.
He appeared as a DJ in Finland way back in 1998 and was spinning at Night Club Viva with DJ Ezza (MASTABLASTA) every Thursdays. Viva than was the only club with RnB and Hiphop club called "The RnB Night".

He went on and co-founded a well known, NuSoul Club at Eatz, Tiikeri (former SK-ravintola ) and The Club with DJ Alimo (Beats&Styles).
Later on he also co-founded Midnight Productions (Entertainment Company) and co-created this club brand “Players Crib” with Olga Alekseeva.
He has been working with a lot well known DJs both in Finland and abroad such as DJ Defkut with whom he has spinned both here in Finland and abroad with well known DJs as DJ Rastaroot.

In 2008 Midnight Productions (Dj Rahim & Olga Alekseeva) and D.R. Entertainment (Dj Defkut) created a Club called NothinG But The Best of which Dj Defkut & Dj Rahim are residents.

Today DJ Rahim stands along side with all the known urban DJs and club promoters here in Finland supporting the Urban music. He also works together with Rap group BrandX (Samurai & Lossini) that he has been a DJ for since 2003.
