What an honour to feature as one of the closing sets for Wizard of Kingston's renegade stage at Rabbits Eat Lettuce 2024: Alice in Discoland!

This was the first full psy set I've ever played to a crowd, and felt it fitting to end with the very first psy track I ever played live (tacking it onto the end of a tech house set as a test run a year ago - it went down a treat). 
This set features some of my favourite Arcade & Electro psy tracks that I've added to my library since, jam-packed with bounce, energy and chaotic silliness. Please enjoy.

Space Misheen Vol. 2: DREAMSCAPE (Ethereal Techno, Prog & Arcade Electro Psy)

What an honour it was to return to Wizards of Kingston Spring Campout 2024, except this time I threw down some psy-trance instead of my usual tech & bass house flavours. 

This is the silliest and most energetic set I've ever performed, with inspiration drawing from the organic, tribal and world soundscape from my dear friend Emmotica, along with lots of glitchy dub and bass which has been influenced by another close DJ friend; The Chief!

I was feeling energetically shattered and sick that night, but the energy I received from the crowd within 10 minutes of jumping behind the decks was unlike anything I've ever experienced, and I was able to give it my all. 
The energy feedback loop that a DJ and crowd are able to continuously circulate and direct towards each other is absolutely mind-blowing, and it's one of my favourite aspects of playing live.

Had an insanely fun time delivering this concoction of Saucy, Sexy and Seductive Psy for my Saturday night set at Sol Vibrations 2024.

I ran this festival alongside Native Productions and had such an incredible weekend. Being able to do what I love and share it with the world is such a blessing and I am so grateful for every time I get to step behind the decks for show and tell 🙈😂

SMISH is an Australian DJ, Performance Artist, and Event Director (Misheen Productions) known for her finesse in crafting high-energy, genre-blending sets. With a distinct flair for building tension, dynamic progressions and explosive drops, she delivers a masterfully polished sonic adventure. 

Her vast and varied musical selection enables her to traverse the realms of Psy-Trance, Brazilian Future Prog, Techno, Tech House & Bass House, with playful accents of 8-bit, Latin, acid, electro, glitch and more, creating a unique musical soundscape out of every set she delivers.

Driven by her passion and love for music and community, along with her remarkable skills in promotion and marketing, SMISH has cultivated tight-knit groups and garnered a strong following, making her a notable figure in the Australian electronic music scene. Her neurodivergent creativity and electrifying stage presence transform every show into an immersive and unforgettable musical experience.

Since her debut gig in 2021, SMISH has played at various events and festivals across Australia and Vietnam, supporting artists such as Shapeless (Brazil) and Dave Winnel (Aus). Her highlight achievements include playing at Initiation NYE Festival, Rabbits Eat Lettuce, Bohemian Beatfreaks, NYX Festival, and being booked for Splendour in the Grass 2024 (prior to its cancellation).

As of November 2022, SMISH has broken into the event space by establishing Misheen Productions, an electronic dance music event series taking South East QLD by a storm. She has successfully executed sell-out events, including her Funk Misheen and Space Misheen warehouse parties in Brisbane, along with her first festival that she directed; Sol Vibrations 2024. 
SMISH also works in close collaboration with well respected crews such as Wizards of Kingston, Lab Leaked Beats, Mystic Valley and Tempo Tribe (Vietnam).
