Valkyrie is the daughter of the late Reverend Walter Burdett and Karen Lorraine Hofmann. She grew up singing, playing bass, guitar, and keyboard, and even running the sound board at River of God, an Assembly of God church in Enola, PA. Studied digital meda for two semesters at Valley Forge Christian College (now Valley Forge University), as well as receiving Vocal training. During which time she auditioned for the American Idol producers. She transfered to Harrisburg Area Community College where she received an Associates degree in music business.  She started learning to dj at the beginning of the US covid 19 lockdown in March 2020 at the Church of Electronica,  in the Butthurt Records Studio with mentors such as The Alkamyst, Durtyloose (MC Akira), Conduktor, Nxt LvL Hype (MC Barrenzemo), and Eikkon.
