Vuyisa Genu aka DiloXclusiv started his DJ career in 2003 playing at local parties in the Cape Town townships. Considered to be one of the top DJ’s in Cape Town, his unique style of mixing House, Kwaito, Afrobeat and world music has made him one of the most sought after DJ’s on the scene.

His talent and his involvement with the local
community; as a Red Bull Opinion Leader, and an ambassador for DJU/Oskido’s, I Believe Program, have led him to appear as a panelist at the Breathe Sunshine African Music Conference and represent the South African Music scene at the Amsterdam Dance Event 2013 sharing sets with international DJs Luciano and Black Coffee.

His first release in 2009 was featured on Mxizo Lona’s album Wenzani Ndikujongile, which led him being chosen as the resident DJ for the Cool Britannia Music Festival during the 2010 FIFA World Cup.

Currently DiloXclusiv is the resident DJ for
several events across Cape Town including TP Le Pique Nique,Booka T Events, the largest black dominated outdoor events in Cape Town and Black Mango Music’s Breathe Sunshine Sessions in Langa. 

When not on the decks he works as a sound engineer, producer, graphic designer and events manager.

Im a kindered spirit, intuitive and highly creative, and have been a dj since the playful age of 15 and has been blessed many a house head with his well arranged sets. My involvement and passion for music production came soon after, following his love for house music. The bass guitar and keyboard have now also been another addition to my musical pallet and skills in music making.

Biography

Siphe Tebeka realized music was his destiny when he started producing electronic music in
2007. The Cape Town based artist has been quietly and steadily writing and arranging hundreds
of tracks, most of which he uses in his unique live sets. 
Siphe initially made waves as one of half the techno duo STAB Virus with Makonwabe Bekwa
(Audiojerk), both are now successful artists in their own right, together they brought something
fresh to South Africa’s electronic music landscape. 
Siphe has crafted a name for himself in the South African music scene with his live sets, which
are a combination of Afro Deep House Deep Tech, Deep House, and Minimal House. 
He has performed at TomorrowLand, Awakenings, Sonar Festival, Ultra Festival, Bazique,
Wolfkop, Kunye, Plett Rage to name a few. Keep an eye out for Siphe this summer as he
continues to improve his craft and bring his unique take on electronic music to South Africa and
to the world.
