I'm Simon. If you were in the Rave scene in New England any time between 1992 and 2001 you might know me. I used to host raves in Portland, Maine (Guest DJ's included Joeski, Sameer, Onionz & Ryde of Chocolate Factory NYC, Felix da Housecat, Dante, Carlos of San Fran House Collective and many more of my fav Dj's) as well as do promotions, organize bus trips to out of state raves, etc.. I even hosted a club night at the Metropolis on Forest Ave. in Portland for a while. My production/promotion company was called Centripetal Force (or sometimes Centrifugal Force). I got my start helping out with KC & the Sunrise Gang's raves before moving on to throw my own parties after Kris stopped hosting events. 

When it comes to music my first love is acid/tech house though I'll dance to anything with a nasty beat. My fav live act has to be Dubtribe Soundsystem. Would love to reconnect with old friends or connect with anyone who shares a similar taste in music.

Just before Covid hit, my decks, which had been lent out to a mate, were stolen. After years as a vinyl purist I decided it was easier to simply download MIXXX (Linux for the win) instead of investing £££ in new decks. Holy shit does this make things easy. Having a blast mixing old school house bangers into the sorts of sets I personally like listening to.
