Brandon Andrews, professionally known as WristGang BA, is an independent recording artist born and raised in Greenville, Mississippi. He also holds the titles of promoter, producer, songwriter, brand ambassador, barber, scholar, philanthropist, activist, and public speaker. After obtaining his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern Mississippi, in 2015, he decided to pursue his Master’s degree. 
“For anyone, especially with me being a first generation graduate student, Grad School can be an overwhelming and rewarding experience, from the deadlines of research papers to the networking and socializing with peers to create unforgettable experiences. With me constantly finding ways to deal with my anxiety, stress, and depression, I found myself stumbling upon stress relief melodies, various genres of music, and poetic rhymes that seemed to bring me the most peace in life. Not to mention, my strong support system of mentors and friends who are now like my extended family for life.” 
With that experience, WristGang BA decided to write songs and produce melodies to aid in coping with his issues, which essentially made him feel more alive. He loves to create new sounds and unique lyrical content that is soothing to the listener’s ear and stimulates the mental psyche. He has an innovative perspective on music where he aims to show the current and next generation that it is never too late to pursue their dreams and make them a reality. He prides himself on being a visionary and leader who continues to step outside of his comfort zone to bring all audiences together to enjoy good music.
