Erik Mota, an emerging producer and DJ is a Los Angeles native who grew up in the city of La Puente.  Ever since childhood, music was the center of his fascinations.  At the age of eleven, he knew that music was much more than what was heard, he knew music could also be made. He was able to harness multiple instruments, and experience being part of an underground punk band. Through the ventures of being in a band, he acquired the flavor for creating his own electronic music. 
Throughout the years, Erik Mota has graciously garnered a following, which allowed him the opportunity to tour North America, and to perform at festivals in Las Vegas. Erik Mota’s unique blend of electronic music has been featured on the popular show Power Tools, which airs on one of LA’s most prominent radio station, Power 106. In addition to experiencing mainstream exposure, Erik Mota was fortunate to work with talents, such as Richard Vission and Swedish Egil; where Erik Mota’s song “Smash” was showcased on Swedish Egil’s (Groove Radio) Show on Electric Area (SiriusXM). Furthermore his remix of Jason Derulo’s “Talk Dirty” was ranked in the top 10 in a remix competition on DJcity.com. 
Erik Mota has a common goal among rising producers and DJ’s, which is sharing his passion for music and performing for larger venues across the globe. However, what separates himself from the rest of the crowd is his willingness to support charities and foundations. Erik continues to help raise money, for The National Breast Cancer Foundation and The Los Angeles Children’s Hospital.  Erik Mota’s once childhood attraction with music has matured into a professional career with evolving talent, which has a promising career at becoming a remarkable producer and distinguished performer in the EDM area.
