The third-generation capsules are opening. Inside lies a fusion of ideas conceived within the walls of the Neuropunk Academy and tempered in the laboratories of rhythm. Under the bass microscope and within the sequencer grids, fresh forms of sound are being born — prototypes ready to break free from their blueprints and speak the language of the dancefloor.

Curated by Paperclip, Menfort (Gydra) and NERV3 — three seasoned architects of sound who have combined their experience and taste to guide the participants through every stage of track creation, from the very first ideas to fully armed club weapons.

Inside PROTOTYPES Vol. 3 you’ll find:

Bass constructions with mutation effects — lines that change shape in real time, like a living organism under a microscope.

Rhythmic fractures — grooves that shatter predictability and make your body react on instinct.

Technoid filigree — every detail of each track sharpened down to the millisecond, yet still breathing with the creator’s energy.

This compilation is a proving ground where a new generation of drum & bass producers put their sonic machines to the test under full dancefloor combat conditions. Different approaches, unique voices, one shared drive for a breakthrough.

Sublimit and Phadix have reunited to make their Eloisa Records debut on new EP ‘Together In Sound’, out 3rd November.

A four-track release, ‘Together In Sound’ commences with ‘Soon’ which sees the boys create a rich D&B soundscape, brimming with detail and dancefloor energy. Following suit, the aptly-named ‘We Are Powerful’ is a maelstrom of soaring vocals and rapid-fire breaks. Next up, ‘Had Enough’ channels a similar vibe, albeit with more poignancy and emotion. Closing things out, the immersive, high-energy sounds of ‘Anything’, a finely crafted cut that sets the tone for the rest of the EP. 

Formed in 2013, Northamptonshire duo Sublimit have garnered support from D&B favourites such as Noisia, Macky Gee and Ray Keith, also releasing regularly on the likes of Four Corners, Nu Venture Records and Lethal Impact Recordings. Phadix boasts a similarly prolific back catalogue, with releases on Random Concept Origins, Good4Nothing Records and Pick ‘n’ Mix. They have collaborated regularly throughout their career, most recently on five-track EP ‘Diligence’, out earlier this year.

Launching back in March under the Inperspective Music Group umbrella, Eloisa Records is ‘on a mission to surpass barriers in the D&B scene’ and instil some fresh energy into the scene. The label has since released music from Simon Splice, Duece, Bungle, pyxis and most recently the I Am Eloisa compilation LP.

Regular collaborators, Sublimit and Phadix ensure they bring their A-game for their Eloisa Records debut.

With the weekly stream series called 'Disassembly' we are focused on helping upcoming talents to improve their music. We want to give them a good starting point with this series and believe that this will play a crucial point in their musical careers.
Dismantled EP covers many sides of Drum & Bass genre: from the dark deep vibes in 'Simplistic' from Rend & Ation to DLR inspired 'Difficult Conversation' from Grim Hellhound.
