Hokkaido whispers, secrets in the snow
Thought I walked a safe path, a place I used to know
But the trees grew teeth then, shadows learned to crawl
Felt a chilling presence, about to make me fall.
Red hood in the winter, a naive, foolish game
Didn't see the hunger, didn't know Your name.

Twisted branches reaching, like skeletal hands so cold
A story in the frostbite, a terror to unfold
That verdant envy burning, a poison in Your gaze
Lost within the labyrinth of these darkened, winding ways.

Running from the forest, from the forest of a thousand eyes!
Every glance a dagger, beneath these frozen skies!
Swirling teeth and darkness, a nightmare taking form,
Fighting for my life now, weathering this bitter storm!
Heartbeat like a war drum, can I make it through the night?
Screaming for a savior, screaming for the light!

Heard the snapping branches, the padding of the paws
Felt the ancient hunger, defying nature's laws
This wasn't just a rival, this wasn't just a fight
