Always a pleasure playing for my people's of the Southwest. 
Ecstatic Dance is a journey that brings us into that state of flow and trance which is necessary for the human soul. 
This journey was especially potent for the calling in of Spring to the Desert Southwest this year of 2024.

The set that was rumored to be for Tipper. In the Android Jones & team's MultiversalME Microdose VR CHIMERA art dome, right before Skysia & Orenda. I walked in with my gear, right place and right time, and landed the golden set time. 

This was definitely a peak DJ experience for me. I had just finished my ecstatic dance set at the yoga & movement stage, so I was warmed up and ready for this. I walked into the dome as they were kicking people up to prepare the space for the night, and intuitively asked if they needed a DJ that night, and was met with an enthusiastic YES WE NEED A DJ! I didn't have time to tell anyone, so I had a dome full of people either there to see Of The Trees, Tipper, or Skysia & Orenda, plus people who happened to gravitate to the dome at that time.

Music is not one size fits all. Catnip just wants to elevate the space. Tribal Trap, Afro Beat, World House, Hip Hop and Ancient Future Shamanic sounds are found in her bag of treats.
Relatively new to sharing musical musings, Catnip has been a dance performer and artist for two decades. Fine tuning her selections of auditory medicine, on a trajectory to bring memories to the dance floor. Catnip has been blessed to open for Imagika Om, Random Rab and David Starfire in Hawaii. As well she’s played on Abraxas at Burning Man and in the Compass at Lightning in a Bottle￼ festival.
