Winter Solstice is here, the longest night of the year. Heres a little nourishment for your ears :)
This track is on some level the story of the last month or two for me, settling down after a super busy, and emotionally involving summer, back to all my stuff in Bc. Letting go of old burdens, and settling in to new fresh ideas.
The first sparks of inspiration began on Salt-Spring Island, with some really good friends. The title is inspired by those beautiful nights, spent with loved ones, sharing food, stories, laughter and music: pure nourishment for the soul .The evolution of the track on some level describes 3 parts of the creative process :

Nourishing { Free DL <3 }

Bluetech's latest single "Restless" is an auditory odyssey through the celestial expanse. The track takes the listener on a captivating journey through the boundless expanse of space, with delicate downtempo beats, analog sound effects, and melancholy female vocals that transport the listener to the outer reaches of the universe. This single also includes a fantastic remix by Erothyme, which adds an extra layer of depth and complexity, elevating the track to new heights.

The artwork for the album, created by Bluetech himself, features Laika the Cosmonaut, who serves as a reminder of the endless possibilities of space. "Spacehop Chronicles 2" is an album that invites us on a journey through the stars, an expedition of discovery and wonder. The album will be released as a series of singles, each featuring a remix from another artist and an original piece of artwork, which will be compiled for the final vinyl and full album release, providing unique perspectives from which to experience the album.

Blessed to have opened for Imagika Om, Random Rab, David Starfire & Beat Kitty in Hawaii, she’s also played on Abraxas at Burning Man and on the Compass Stage at Lightning in a Bottle festival.
