Originally from Minas Gerais, Brazil, João Pedro is the name behind the High Motion project. Involved with electronic music since the age of 10 due to family influence, he began producing music at 16. With original productions ranging from melodic to aggressive, from dark to emotional, High Motion explores its curation, releasing original tracks and remixes with its own characteristic touches.

In 2021, he released his first original track, "You and I," a progressive house track that has 33,000 plays on Spotify. After a 5-year hiatus, the project returns with a new, updated sonic identity.
