Musician, music producer, composer, and sound creator, Dudu Prudente hails from Sergipe (Brazil), on the northeast coast of Brazil. He grew up in Aracaju, between the hinterlands and the sea, absorbing the rich geographical and cultural diversity of this region, steeped in music, rhythms, and beautiful landscapes.

A graduate in communication from the Universidade Tiradentes (SE) and in audio from IATEC (RJ), over the past two decades, he has collaborated with various artists in his Orí studio in Aracaju.

Dudu is a member of the groups Anavantou, which blends the musical traditions of northeastern Brazil with those of Belgium, the Brazilian experimental group Membrana, and the Belgian instrumental group Munsch.

Currently residing in Belgium, Dudu continues his journey by composing for performing and visual arts, and more recently, creating acousmatic pieces, after commencing his studies at the Institut Musique et Recherches (BE), with Annette Vande Gorne.
