after more than a whole year in Lockdown, without parties, I just kept producing and remixing like crazy. i had some podcasts requests, and because of that, i finally got myself behind the decks again. the podcasts are good, but i tend to the fact, that you can here that it s homerecorded, planned and is always different , than a recording from a live performance. THIS recording was a play around, I just started and went with the flow and tried out.i really loved playing and mixing new tracks, i haven t played my own last releases, and i tried out some upcoimng , unreleased travks. it also felt good, to listen to new music by others and working with their tracks...if there are some fuckups in this recording: sorry, not sorry...this is as raw and honest as it should be and I had fun,  so well : No Apology necessary!

Mex Calito ist als Kölner DJ und Produzent bekannt und verteilt auf unzähligen Events seinen Zauber. Heute beschert er uns einen grandiosen Hörgenuss, den ihr euch nicht entgehen lassen solltet. Seit Jahren beschäftigt sich Mex hauptsächlich mit Musik. Dazu gehört: sie zu produzieren, aufzulegen oder einfach zu verkörpern. Sein musikalischer Style ist strange; er mag psychedelische Töne, wie im Psytrance, doch auch die Klarheit und Präsenz ist ihm wichtig. Zwischen 124-130 Bpm fühlt er sich am wohlsten. Her name is derivered from the word ‚confusing‘ which describes also well the atmosphere and grooves of her music style. At the same time, her tracks show a straight line and well-organized structure, while they are energetic and powerful. They are based on strong basslines and clear, hard kicks, contrary paired with sensitive, harmonic and often soft melodies and deep synths scattered with apt psy elements."

She is resident of the @ms-treue Club in Bremen and organizer and booker of the Ghostbassters rave. Moreover, she is a member of the two techno collectives @br1nk3 and @greenbeatelite.
