Imagine yourself sitting in a solar-powered, translucent spacecraft, hovering from the highlands of Eritrea to the North of Mozambique. Track two, «Funky Lips Of Timbuktu», is a musical kaleidoscope that melts a beat that is as dry as the Mali desert and funky Sufi lip-singing.

 Growing up a hip-hop connoisseur, producer Martin Waslewski discovered his love of electronic music in 2010. His soulful background is evident in his music; juicy, deep, and tech house riffs with just the right amount of bounce.
Waslewski's two-track EP, Jack In Town, is set for release on May 16th through the German house imprint Exploited Ghetto. As the offshoot of Shir Khan's mother label Exploited, Exploited Ghetto aims to bring fresh acts into the dance music scene and Waslewski's latest offering was handpicked as its twelfths release.

Exploited’s semi-regular eclectic “mini compilation” series continues, with Shir Khan collecting together a highly eclectic quartet of new cuts from the label featuring One Bit, Josh Caffe & The Subs, CLAAP! / Santaoloria & Santana and Mita Mita. 

About ONE BIT:
One Bit are a 2 piece electronic act who between them play more instruments than you can shake a stick at. In addition to being included on Radio 1’s BBC Introducing playlist, they have picked up radio support from Pete Tong, Phil Taggart, Huw Stephens to name just a few.  Their live set fuses drums, keyboards, percussion and a trumpet alongside synths, pads and vocals. Past gigs and festivals include T in the Park, Boardmasters, We Are FSTVL, Sound City.  

About JOSH CAFFE & THE SUBS:
We got introduced to Josh Caffe via PJU who were both featured on Secret Gold 06 alongside Robert Owens. Recent festivals appearances include Glastonbury, Lovebox (London), and Farr, as well as clubs like Dance Tunnel (London/RIP), Renate (Berlin), TV Lounge (Detroit), Primary (Chicago), Crosstown Rebels/Get Lost (Miami). He is currently resident and founder of the monthly London club night Night Sheen, co-hosted with influential spinner Hannah Holland! 
’Black Soul’ is a collaboration with David Newtron from The Subs - the energetic Belgian trio whose thrilling blend of electro, rave and punk have been tearing up dancefloors since 2006.

CLAAP! is a very talented artist from Paris with sharp production skills and a well versed DJ. With over 10 years behind the decks, CLAAP! always has the right track for the right time. Whether it's from the most intimate and exclusive clubs such as Le Baron to festivals, private parties, pool parties or radio shows.
CLAAP! and DJ / singer SANTANA team up often to delight every audience they perform for. Their collaborations emphasize their unique chemistry and their productions are featured on Tim Sweeney Beats in Space famous show, Louis Vuitton’s homepage for 2015 summer collection, at the edgy parisian Chez Colette digital store, on quality french radios such as Radio Nova and on many compilations such as famous magazine Technikart's first compilation. Recently they are collaborating with many different artists such as Mike Simonetti (2MR, ex-Italians Do It Better) and got charted in RA Top 50 for April 2016. 
Their music has been supported by Todd Edwards, Jenifer Cardini, Erol Alkan, Alien Alien, The Swiss, Pedro Winter, Yuksek and many more.

About MITA MITA:
MITA MITA is a new project by a french duo made up of Alex Millan and Maxime Laffon who had records on Kompakt and M_nus in the past. With MITA MITA they have recently signed records on Bedrock and Parquet Recordings.

Londoner Jozif provides a dreamy remix of the Vienna-based DJ and Brazilian Euro-club connoisseur Joyce Muniz. 

After breaking through with standout releases on labels like Wolf + Lamb, Mobilee & Ministry of Sound back in 2010, Jozif continues to build on the success of his sound. He has been enlisted by the cultured likes of Mobilee, Suol and Compost for remixes, and received much love from artists such as Sasha, Giles Peterson, Andrew Weatherall, and Damian Lazarus. It's his serene, carefully permeated slo-mo ambiance that's imbued his musical admirers.

For proof of his artistic ability in the booth, you only need ask anyone who has seen him play at places like Space Ibiza, Verboten New York & London’s foremost fabric and many other festivals around Asia and both Americas. At the moment, he is adding the final touches to his debut artist album and an accompanying Live show, whilst simultaneously co-writing the Kerb Staller debut album & Live show alongside cohort and production partner Matt Tolfrey.

Today's premiere, 'Daydreaming,' is the first club single from the debut album of Joyce Muniz, sure to find its way onto late night dancefloors around the world over the summer and beyond. Since going strength to strength, remixing the likes of Stereo MCs, Maya Jane Coles, Steve Bug, and Til von Sein, the album breaks new ground for Joyce, allowing her to dive deeper into songwriting. Aided by a perfect slew of vocals, the forthcoming album will live somewhere between the club and the home.

Daydreaming will be available June 27th via Exploited.

With a post punk style/attitude which has been inspired by such iconic sounds as Depeche Mode and LCD soundsystem, and then further refined and mixed with a heavy kick drum and the subtleties of old school Detroit techno - they release their follow-up Single ’See The Line feat. Angela’ on Exploited. The epic track ’Encrypted Name feat. Angela’ features AFFKT as collaborator on production duties and is our secret treasure. Great stuff.
