‘Soul Cooking’ is the debut EP by Martini, moniker of American multimedia artist Marnie Pagter. Built-in parallel to their visual works, the release was inspired by a wide conglomeration of disparate sources and genres, which were channelled together as a cleansing exercise.

Their fervent production engulfs the viewer with an arcane sound palette that alludes to a story of introspection. A sense of paradoxical juxtaposition lies at the base of the EP, which guides the viewer through a tumultuous journey of beauty and discomfort. The whole release is marked by haunting vocals which are paired together with grating percussion to create a cacophonic mixture of emotions.

En esta colaboración internacional, @eisebelle y @sigfrid4 usan el marco del club para embarcarse en un viaje emocional.
Haciendo uso de glitches, conversaciones de anime y sonoridades angelicales, se alejan por completo de lo convencional en un club tool, optando por plantear una propuesta estructural y sonora fresca, visceral, divertida y melancólica.

Tal como en los intercambios por videollamada en los que nació la canción, ambos artistas toman el spotlight sonoro por momentos: los bajos estridentes de SIGFRIDA y el sound design tajante de Eisabelle se entrelazan en esta conversación musical, de la cual surge Dabelle Star ✮ ⋆ ˚｡⋆｡°✩
