This set was made to welcome Rod "Rocket Junior" to Florida.
For those of you that remember and attended the club Cameo on South Beach on a Sunday night back in the late 90's and into the 2000's know that this was the place to be.
There was always a door person and a list.  The line was at times a block long to get in.  I had the opportunity to DJ here twice before it closed its doors.  The Sunday night party was called Anthem or Crobar.

Only got to spin here once.  I did enjoy my set and venue was very cozy feeling.  This set has quite the mix of music in it.  Everything from Disco, to the 80's, 90's, 2000's and today.  Many of the songs in this set I have only used once or twice while spinning or recording my sets.  I wanted to challenge myself with this set with using music from many era's.
I do believe that Avalon is now House of Blues, but I may be wrong.  I do not know if it is LGBTQ+ on any night anymore as the last time I DJ'ed there was in 2010.
