An independent record label founded in 2020 by artist Tegnone in the city of Surgut, now based in St. Petersburg, Russia. The label specializes in music distribution and cassette releases, with a primary focus on hip-hop, while occasionally adding electronic music to its catalog.

Currently, the Pink Shine team includes the following musicians: Tegnone, DJ PYS, n o l l e e (RIP), DJ Crocked, DJ Кровавое Озеро, Playa Held, Thuggish Soulja aka Lord Curious, Route 696, DJ 7800, Blvck Psvlm, GD Playa, Raw Da 6ix.

From time to time, the label releases compilations featuring both its own artists and guest musicians. One of the notable compilation albums is Memphis Shine Volume 1, released in 2023. The team also organizes club events with DJ sets and live rap performances.

The label has also collaborated with ISVVC, SPYDER550, DJ Acura, 3DMG, evelrise, MILKY FLIGHT, RAIDEN KILLAH, KOSM14, TRIPATAPE, X-Rated Playas, DJ Sacred, Stoned Playa, SHINING BREEZZE, Jaz Rawla, DJ Impact911, DJ Underworld, DJ Zepes, DJ NORTHERN PLAYA, DESTRUKTION, Famone York, DJ Mistah Evil, and others.

In the near future, the label is preparing to release numerous projects and compilations featuring various artists.
