Inspired by some incredible tracks that found their way to me recently by my talented producer friends, this one’s all about that feel-good energy and getting your groove back.

Honored to share this special mix I created for Sounds of Style Records, a vinyl-driven house music label built by Bobby, whose passion for music and deep respect for artists fuels everything he does.
Bobby trusted me with his entire catalog and gave me full freedom to explore the releases, pull what resonated with my sound, and tell my own story through this mix. Every track in here is one he personally selected for the label. 

A little about the label:
The mission is simple: Release music he loves and support the producers behind it.
No hype, no trends just authentic house music and properly supported artists.

This mix is my interpretation of the catalog. My style, his vision, one story.

This is my last mix of 2025!
Since coming back to DJing in July, I’ve made 10 new mixes. This mix feels like things settling in comfortable, focused, and back where they should be.
A lot of the music in this mix was gifted to me by friends who are producers, or comes from artists I want to actively support. I’m grateful for the trust and generosity, these are real pieces of work, and I don’t take that lightly.

Dazy’s new tape clearly shows her progression from “just another progressive DJ” to someone who understands the power of really expressive house music. Her mixing is superb, smooth and responsive, and her record selection is different and sensitive. One of Dazy’s main talents is her ability to read and respond to a crowd, which obviously is not something one can tell from a tape alone, so you’d better get your sorry ass out to hear her next time she’s in town.

Recommended for modern house heads.

“Fifty dollars or more, in the House of God.” Don’t worry, that classic cut’s not on this tape, but when I listened to it, I managed to get back to the days when liquid was set ablaze and membership had its privileges. It’s been a long time since I’ve heard someone tap into the deeper,moving side of house, but Dazy drops a dose of bass that will move everybody in the place to outer space. There are no divas singing their hearts out in an uptempo rhythm and high energy vibe that stays alive all the way through, the selection of records seem designed to keep you working up a sweat and loving every minute of it. Few female DJs have made it into the limelight but with concrete skills, a brilliant selection of records, and her finger on the pulse of the house groove, Dazy seems destined for center stage.

Yes kids, this Portland DJ steps up with a fine disco house tape that will melt your ears. Dazy’s style continues to push the edge of the ever so vast realm of house music. With chunky fat basslines, skippety hi-hats, and a pulsating keyboard riffs this tape is perhaps her best so far. Nice groovy discoey house blended together to create what I would call a good fat helping of house music pie. Ninety minutes of pur bliss that definitely should make any big time DJ watch out, because this girl in Portland is coming on strong!
