I love how disco it is. It's so real. Funky disco deep house is where we came from. When the rest of the music world was pushing back against disco and ostracizing the people that felt represented by it, house music was the child that gave people a place to feel represented. People kinda forget what it meant and still means to a lot of people. People who never felt represented and seen in traditional clubs. It gave people community. It's more than the music.
