Cosmogenesis

A few things to say. I composed this song in 1982, fresh from reading of 'War and Peace'. Now I find a certain youthful verbiage in the lyrics, the song (naked and raw) has a 70s style. The recording of voice and guitar (live) is a few years old, rather sloppy, with bad mixing and excessive application of echo in some places.
To try to rescue it from its obvious banality, and to hide some of the errors and flaws, I've been arranging it these days using some vocal sampling as well, hoping to make it somewhat interesting.

there had never seen so many fires lit in just one night

Well this one is different . I asked Andrea to send me some mythical lyrics , which she did , and I put a basic idea for a song together . When I sent it to Axel to have a play about with it he completely transformed it into what it is  now . With his instrumentation and production , and Andreas fantastic and inspired lyrics , this is ( hopefully ) a joy to listen to , enjoy ! Next up on the 1st of November is a moody blues/rock song by Dave Cooper and myself , closely followed by 2 songs by myself . His sound is a warped fusion of disco, electro and acid-house, splicing together further influences as diverse as Tom Waits, Sun Ra and Mad Professor.
