DJ NANCHAN, aka Daisuke Shibata from Japan, has made this special DJ set for the Dacru Series on radiOzora featuring tracks exclusively from the label. Active in the psytrance scene since 2000, Nanchan has made his mark as an organizer and DJ. As the head of Mugen Productions, he has organized numerous high-quality indoor and outdoor events. Specializing in melodic and powerful full-on psytrance, DJ Nanchan has shared the stage with top artists like Astrix, GMS, and Space Cat. A pioneer in Japan's psytrance scene, he has also performed in countries like Thailand and India. Recently, he has been building the 'Start Of Legend Festival' in Japan, an underground but highly respected spring event. As a label DJ for Dacru Records, he continues to spread his love for full-on psytrance even further.

Dion - My Way Of Trance And Psy (04 - 08 - 2024)

Volume 2 is an episode in the ongoing journey of our constantly evolving audio drama series. The songs have been carefully selected and infused with an organic flavor, complemented by a psychedelic twist.

All credits and sincere gratitude to the sound artists behind each tunes. Thank you for being a part of us in the making of this gluten-free psychedelic audio salad. The tracks featured in this episode have been carefully selected from renowned and emerging talents and have gone through multiple stages of fine-tuning to get the correct mixture.

Thank you to Neil Moore, the man behind the artwork which has been in the making for over a year and was executed with utmost care.

The Warehouse Dub goes even deeper. Stripped right back to percussion and sub, it’s such a strong tool for DJs to lock the crowd in and keep the energy rolling. I love how at 5.32 the track finds this unique, renewed energy that you need for those incredible power mixes into the next track. This version makes it particularly valuable for high-energy sets, providing DJs with the perfect moment to push things forward while keeping the groove alive. The subtle vocal snippets maintain a connection to the original while letting the groove take complete focus.

Both versions really show the Groovecreator-signature. Tight low-end, rolling percussion, and that authentic underground feel that just works so well on big systems. These are tracks I’d definitely play in The Midnight Project, and I can already see myself using them as a secret weapon at sunrise in Ibiza on a big system when the dancefloor is fully locked in and ready to go deeper together.

Really love what you’re doing here. Can’t wait to play the warehouse dub on a big system.

My name is Sven Seidler, also known as "Dion".
I first came into contact with Goa and psytrance in 1997. Since the late 90s, I have been playing this sound out of passion. 
In 2017, we launched "Electric Playground" and started organising parties. 
My musical style can be described as melodic, groovy, trance-like and playful. 
Music is the window to the soul, and it's wonderful to take people on a little musical journey.
