As the wizard traveled through the cavern, he lost hope. Eventually, he arrived at a body of water in the cave, where he saw two shadowy figures. They were fishing and noticed the wizard and his defeat, offering him a rod to join them. The wizard obliged. Time flew by, and little by little, the shadowy figures became familiar faces. He felt a sense of camaraderie with them, slowly forgetting about his scary thoughts. He learned that it wasn't the fishing helping him, but the conversations he was having with his comrades that brought him a sense of comfort.

What an amazing journey it is to get back to the core of things.. THE BEATS. after a handful of years of strictly putting out rap projects, I began to post beat tapes again in the beginning of 2024. It felt like a clean slate. I was actually happy to put out music with no pressure and no expectations. the MNKBNK tapes symbolize my journey to make peace with music again. Working with many different personalities and folks with negative saturated philosophies can really damper the meaning of why you do what you love in the first place.
