An incredible festival, an incredible dance: In the late night steamy heat of the Costa Rican rainforest we Invoked the sacred through sonic alchemy and surrendered to the divine.  This set was the culmination of everything I strive for on the ecstatic dance floor - in the amorphously porous container of a festival a multi genre, tempo-twisted offering of deep groove and penetrating cadence elastically stretched the potential for expression over 108 minutes of unpredictable storytelling as each dancer exploded into the hyper-nowness of being.

Today I crafted this pretty 'n gritty downtempo journey of blues and bass meets Folktronic Americana: Music meandering like the Mississippi and swampy like the bayou,  this grimy grip of downtempo speaks from a snatch of six-string, a chatter of banjos, lonesome  voices and pondering bass lines...
