As one of Holland’s hottest electronic music exports, Bart’s pristinely produced brand of techno finds that rare between forward-thinking creativity and dancefloor sensibility. It’s this unique amalgamation which has led to standout releases via Break New Soil, Cocoon, Drumcode, Tronic and Rejected, while also leading him to remix top international talents Adam Beyer, Christian Smith, Joris Voorn, Kollektiv Turmstrasse and Nicole Moudaber. Also celebrated as a DJ, the Amsterdam resident often programs a bevy of exclusive music into his sets, perhaps none more famous than his much loved take on ‘Papua New Guinea’ by Future Sound of London. Released in 1991 by the iconic British duo and favoured by a broad selection of electronic music tastemakers, Bart took to reworking the track last year and it quickly became a highlight in his sets and those of his contemporaries, most notably Drumcode boss Adam Beyer. Now as 2021 winds to a close we’re happy to offer Bart’s much sought-after version as a free download. Enjoy!

Empowered by his charisma and a strong musical style, he constantly creates a link between his followers and his music, generating a totally interactive experience on every set. The final result is a perfect hybrid between his clear knowledge about how to work on a track and his own musical signature.

Based in Buenos Aires, Drigo started mixing at the age of 16 and took to it like a natural. This would go on to become a great passion and ultimately, a promising career. He’s shared the DJ booth with the likes of Luca Agnelli, Metodi Hristov, Raul Mezcolanza, Sascha Dive and Spartaque in clubs and festivals in South America and throughout Europe.

With releases on groundbreaking labels such as: Bitten, Codex, Funk'n Deep, Gain Records, IAMT, Orange Recordings, Phobiq, Reload Records, Renesanz and Set About, it’s no wonder he’s had the support from several superstar DJs around the world. With forthcoming productions in the pipeline, Drigo is sure to continue his fantastic success, both as a DJ and a producer.
